There are a lot of reasons that I think sleep is awesome – in fact here are Harvard Medical School’s six reasons not to scrimp on sleep – but even a disciplined sleeper can run into periods of insomnia.
Combining relaxation techniques with affirmations is a healthy, alternative means to get to sleep when struggling with insomnia. Affirmations are an effective self-help technique to re-program your subconscious mind. When applied properly, affirmations combined with actions that are in line with your goals will help you achieve your dreams, your goals, and your desires.
