The ADD Mind
Beta brainwaves are responsible for maintaining the high levels of brain arousal associated with sustained alertness and focused attention. Research indicates that children with ADD have a deficiency of brainwave activity in the beta region. This deficiency can be addressed by listening to binaural beat frequencies, eliminating some of the factors contributing to ADD.
